Terms of Use

1. Fan-made, non-commercial project

wuwa-optimizer is an independent, fan-made companion tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kuro Games. All in-game names, assets, icons and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only, under fair-use principles applicable to fan tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. By using it, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts

The site offers two ways to use it:

• Guest sessions — automatic, no sign-up required, identified by a session cookie. Guest data is persisted and can later be claimed by signing up.
• Signed-in accounts — created with an email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for any activity performed under your account.

You can delete your signed-in account at any time from Settings . Deletion is irreversible and cascades through every table.

4. Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• Disrupt, attack, overload or impair the site or its underlying services.
• Scrape, mirror or systematically extract data from the site without permission.
• Automate account creation or any other interaction at scale.
• Upload screenshots that contain content unrelated to Wuthering Waves, or content that is illegal, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.
• Impersonate another player, use offensive usernames, or use the public showcase to harass others.
• Attempt to access data that does not belong to you, or bypass our access controls.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you create on the site (builds, showcase entries, usernames). By making your profile public, you grant other visitors a limited right to view your showcase. We never sell or share your content with third parties beyond the processors listed in our Privacy Policy .

6. Third-party assets

Game artwork, names of characters / weapons / echoes / sonatas, in-game icons and related materials are the trademarks and copyrighted assets of Guangzhou Kuro Technology Co., Ltd. They are displayed here strictly to identify the game elements you are planning around. If you are a rights holder and wish for specific assets to be removed, email contact@wuwa-optimizer.com and we will comply promptly.

7. Availability and changes

The site is provided "as is", on a best-effort basis. We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change whenever we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. No warranty

The site, including scores, recommendations and OCR output, is provided without warranty of accuracy, reliability, availability or fitness for any particular purpose. You should not rely on it for decisions that have real-world stakes. Use it as a planning aid, not as a definitive source.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers of wuwa-optimizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of in-game progress, data, or time. Where local law gives you mandatory consumer rights, this clause does not override them.

10. Termination

You can stop using the site at any time and delete your data via the settings page. We may also suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the maintainers' country of residence, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
